Griffin Coal is a large coal mine near the town of Collie in Western Australia, producing about 2.5 million tonnes (5.5 billion pounds) of coal annually.

The Griffin Coal Mining Company Pty Limited mines, produces, and supplies coal for energy supply needs.  It offers thermal (or steaming coal) for power stations to produce high pressure steam that drives turbines to generate electricity; and thermal coal that is used to fire cement and lime kilns.
