- If you received this message immediately after logging in, your browser may not be storing cookies. Please ensure that you have cookies enabled in your browser and then try again.
- If you received this message after starting an induction, then you have left the induction idle for more than an hour. You will need to exit and restart the induction.
- If you followed a training code link from an email, this message can indicate that your training code has expired. Your induction will need to be re-booked, please contact your Company Manager to assist with this.
- If none of the above applies please contact Damstra Technology on 1300 722 801 or via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) and quote error code #1001.
