The CPB Suburban Connect tunnelling project is a significant initiative in Victoria's infrastructure development. The consortium, comprising CPB Contractors, Ghella, and Acciona, is responsible for constructing the 16km section of the 26km twin tunnels between Cheltenham and Glen Waverley, which will be Victoria's longest tunnels.
